When you reach for help during life's most challenging moments, my commitment is to reach back and meet you with genuine interest, compassion, hope and skill. With 25 years of experience, I safely integrate Attachment-Focused EMDR, somatic modalities and contemporary psychodynamic psychotherapy into the most effective, and practical toolkit to help you achieve your personal and professional goals with greater self-awareness, resilience, choices, creativity and an increased capacity to love.
Good, productive psychotherapy takes time and commitment but should not be endless. I work at a pace that is productive but also respectful, realistic and safe. If you are looking for help through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you.
